The Ades' oil and Gas headquarters is a sleek , modern high-rise building that stands out even in the affluence area of Alexandra street,Ikoyi, Lagos. It is a glass -and - steel structure with fifteen floors, featuring a facade of re-flective glass panels that shimmer in the sunlight.
A state of the art boardroom occupies the top floor, offering panoramic views of Lagos , including the Lagos Lagoon.
It is a well established, leading energy company in Nigeria, specializing in the refining, production, exploration and distribution. Founded by the Late Femi Adebanjo, the company has grown over the dacades to become one of the most influential players in Nigeria's oil and gas sector, with operation extending across West Africa.

The towering glass facade of Ades' oil and gas gleamed under the midday sun, a symbol of power and prestige on Alaxandra street, Ikoyi.
Inside, the air was Cool and crisp an echo of the company's unyielding success in the oil and gas industry.

Tade Adebanjo strode through the marble - floored lobby ,with an air of effortless authority. At twenty - seven , Tade was the epitome of a billionaire heir , tall, witha caramel skin tone , impaccably dressed in a tailored suit and carrying an aura of confidence that made people step aside . His every movement exuded the quiet power of someone who had inherited not just wealth but also mantle of leadership and characteristics from his late father, Femi Adebanjo.

As he entered his office on the top floor, the panoramic view of Lagos spread before him like a living canvas of ambition and opportunity. Tades' desk was a testament of modern elegance, adorned with the latest technology and few personal mementos, a subtle nod of achievements and the weight of his responsibilities.
Tades'thought were interrupted by the sharp ping in his phone.
It was a message from his mother , Remi Adebanjo. He sighed, already bracing himself for her inevitable sharp tone.
" Tade, the Charity gala is next week, make sure you're prepared, we can't afford another scandal"
